The Future of Mediation II Symposium Held

The “Future of Mediation II Symposium,” organized by Ibn Haldun University Faculty of Law and the Center for Dispute Resolution Application and Research (UÇAM) in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice Mediation Department, was held online on May 24–25, 2024.

During the two-day symposium, current issues in mediation, new developments, and their implications in practice were discussed in a multifaceted manner by academics, members of the judiciary, and mediators.
